Kirkland Counsels Thoma Bravo on Sale of Majority Stake in Nintex to TPG Capital
Kirkland & Ellis represented Thoma Bravo in the sale of a majority stake in Nintex, a process management and automation software provider, to TPG Capital. As part of the transaction, Thoma Bravo plans to make a new equity investment in the company and maintain a significant minority interest.
