Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on $2.6 Billion Acquisition of Bottomline

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of Bottomline Technologies (Nasdaq: EPAY), a leading provider of financial technology that makes complex business payments simple, smart and secure, in an all-cash transaction that values Bottomline at approximately $2.6 billion.
