Kirkland Represents Tasktop in Sale to Planview
Kirkland & Ellis represented Tasktop, a pioneer and leader in Value Stream Management (VSM), in its sale to Planview, which was announced today. Planview is a global leader in Portfolio Management and Work Management. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Tasktop has 200+ employees and in FY21 saw record growth with 43% year-over-year user expansion.
