Kirkland Counsels Partners Group on Sale of Stake in Sentinel Energy Center

Kirkland & Ellis advised Partners Group on the sale of its co-control stake in Sentinel Energy Center, an 850 MW natural gas-fired peaking plant in California.  Sentinel is a critical asset supporting California's energy transition to renewable power generation by providing needed flexible capacity at scale to stabilize the grid in the Los Angeles Basin load center.
