Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, and Frontline Education ("Frontline"), a leading provider of administration software purpose-built for educators in K-12, on the sale of Frontline to Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) for approximately $3.725 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
