Kirkland Represents EQT Corporation on $5.2 Billion Acquisition of Tug Hill and XcL Midstream Assets
Kirkland & Ellis advised EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT), a leading independent natural gas production company, on its acquisition of Tug Hill’s upstream assets and XcL Midstream’s gathering and processing assets, for $5.2 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
