Kirkland Advises Greenbelt Capital in Investment in Unirac
Kirkland & Ellis counseled the investment team at Greenbelt Capital Partners in its majority investment in Unirac Holdings, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of solar photovoltaic (PV) mounting solutions for the residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) markets. Since its founding in 1999, Unirac has over 10GW of experience and more than 1,500,000 installations.
