Kirkland Advises Apex Group on Acquisition of MJ Hudson Businesses

Kirkland & Ellis advised Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services provider, on its acquisition of various operating businesses of MJ Hudson Group plc (“MJ Hudson”). MJ Hudson is a provider of services to the asset management industry, specialising in private markets and alternative investments.
