Kirkland Advises Northleaf Capital Partners on Strategic Partnership with Tillman FiberCo

Kirkland & Ellis represented Northleaf Capital Partners on its strategic partnership with Tillman FiberCo, LLC, a leading developer and owner of symmetrical gigabit broadband. Funds managed by Northleaf have made an initial investment that enables Tillman FiberCo to accelerate its open access network with future-forward technologies, systems and a next-generation passive optical network architecture that will deliver industry-leading symmetrical gigabit broadband internet access service speeds to both residential and business customers.
