Kirkland Advises Tall City Property Holdings III on Sale of its Delaware Basin Assets to Vital Energy

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Tall City Property Holdings III LLC on its definitive agreement to sell Vital Energy, Inc. (NYSE: VTLE) its Delaware Basin assets for $285 million in cash and 1.58 million common shares, net of customary closing price adjustments.
