Kirkland Advises Ultra Electronics on Sale of Forensic Technology

Kirkland & Ellis is advising private equity firm Advent International and its portfolio company Ultra Electronics on the sale of 3-D imagery and automated ballistic identification company Forensic Technology Inc. to LeadsOnline LLC, a provider of data, technology and intelligence tools. The combined company will be based in Plano, Texas. LeadsOnline is backed by private equity firm TA Associates.
