Kirkland Advises WHP Global on Acquisition of G-Star RAW

Kirkland & Ellis advises WHP Global, one of the fastest growing global brand management firms, on its acquisition of a majority interest in the G-Star RAW® brand, a denim fashion brand. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023, subject to customary closing conditions including works council procedure.
