Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, on its definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in BlueMatrix, a content creation and distribution platform for investment research providers. The transaction was announced on December 14, 2023. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
