Kirkland Advises General Catalyst on Growth Equity Investment in Bugcrowd
Kirkland & Ellis advised General Catalyst on its lead role in a $102 million strategic growth financing round for AI-powered crowdsourced security platform Bugcrowd. The additional capital will help Bugcrowd accelerate growth across EMEA, APAC, and the United States; fund continued innovation into the Bugcrowd Platform; and leverage opportunities for strategic M&A, providing added value to clients, partners, and the hacker community. In connection with its investment, Mark Crane, Partner at General Catalyst and Paul Sagan, Catalyst Advisor at General Catalyst, will join Bugcrowd’s Board of Directors.
