George Kafkas is a corporate associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as emerging and public companies, in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments and debt financings. He also counsels clients with respect to general corporate, corporate governance and securities law matters.
