Kirkland Advises KKR on Investment in Cotiviti
Kirkland & Ellis advised investment firm KKR on its investment in healthcare data and technology company Cotiviti. The transaction was announced February 14, 2024. KKR will hold an equal ownership in Cotiviti with affiliates of its existing private equity sponsor, Veritas Capital. KKR is making its investment in Cotiviti primarily through its North America Fund XIII. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
