Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners and Salesloft, the provider of the first and only AI-powered revenue orchestration platform, in connection with Salesloft’s combination with Drift, a buyer experience and conversational AI company. The combination will pair the leading buyer engagement platform with the leading revenue workflow platform, creating the first AI-powered revenue orchestration platform serving buyers throughout the entire buying process, with the combined company reaching nearly 6,000 global customers.
