Kirkland Advises Solör Bioenergy Group on SEK 22 Billion Long Term Financing

Kirkland & Ellis advised Solör Bioenergy Group, a leading supplier of renewable district heating in Sweden, Norway and Poland, on the refinancing of its existing facilities. The new financing structure includes an investment grade rated senior common terms platform, a midco common terms platform and a holdco facility.
