Kirkland Advises KnowBe4 on Definitive Agreement to Acquire Egress
Kirkland & Ellis is advising KnowBe4, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, on entering into a definitive agreement to acquire Egress, a leader in adaptive and integrated cloud email security. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
