Kirkland Counsels Parthenon Capital Partners on Sale of Institutional Cash Distributors to Tradeweb Markets

Kirkland & Ellis advised Parthenon Capital Partners and its portfolio company Institutional Cash Distributors, LLC (ICD), an institutional investment technology provider for corporate treasury organizations trading short-term investments, on ICD’s sale to Tradeweb Markets Inc. (Nasdaq: TW), a global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets, for $785 million, subject to customary adjustments.
