Kirkland Advises Amulet Capital Partners on Closing Third Fund Above Target at $1.2 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis represented Amulet Capital Partners, L.P. on the closing of Amulet Capital Fund III with approximately $1.2 billion in capital commitments. The fund represents commitments from a diverse range of global institutional investors, including state and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations and family offices. Following the close, Amulet now manages approximately $2.7 billion in assets.
The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners David Sherman and Adam Aramati and associate Ethan Green.
