Kirkland Advises Aptean on Strategic Investment from Clearlake Capital Group
Kirkland & Ellis represented Aptean, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise resource planning and supply chain software, on an investment in Aptean from Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. Clearlake will join existing investors TA Associates, Insight Partners and Charlesbank Capital Partners as shareholders.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Adam Phillips, Jana Glock and Elena Simion, and included corporate associate Tuba Sahiti and tax partner Devin Heckman.
