Kirkland Guides GreyLion-Backed TickPick on Investment from Brighton Park
Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity fund GreyLion and its portfolio company, secondary ticket marketplace TickPick, in connection with a recapitalization of TickPick led by Brighton Park Capital. As part of the transaction, which was announced on August 22, 2024, GreyLion exited its position in TickPick. TickPick and Brighton Park also announced that Symphony Ventures, Rory McIlroy’s investment partnership, has joined as a strategic investor.
