Kirkland Advises ABC Technologies on Recommended Offer for TI Fluid Systems plc
Kirkland & Ellis is advising ABC Technologies Acquisitions Limited on its recommended all cash offer for TI Fluid Systems. The offer values TI Fluid Systems at approximately £1,039 million on a fully diluted basis and implies an enterprise value of approximately £1,831 million.
The acquisition remains conditional upon approval by TI Fluid Systems’ shareholders and satisfaction of certain regulatory conditions. Subject to receipt of such approvals, the transaction is expected to complete in the first half of 2025.
ABC Technologies is a global manufacturer and supplier of custom, highly engineered technical plastics, components, systems, and light-weight innovations to the global automotive industry and majority-owned by certain affiliated funds of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
