Kirkland Represents Waud Capital Partners on the Acquisition of Mopec Group from Blackford Capital

Kirkland & Ellis advised Waud Capital Partners, a leading growth-oriented private equity firm, on the acquisition of Mopec Group, a vertically integrated, branded supplier of equipment, consumables and services, from Blackford Capital, a leading lower middle market private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
