Kirkland Advises HGGC on Majority Investment in Centralis Group

Kirkland & Ellis is advising HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm, on its majority investment in Centralis Group, a global alternative asset and corporate services provider. The deal is expected to close later in 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including requisite regulatory approvals.
