Dustin Cooper is a corporate partner in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dustin’s practice concentrates on complex business transactions for both public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements, and related general corporate counseling. Dustin has worked on transactions in a variety of industries, including technology, infrastructure, conventional energy and oilfield services and technology.
