Kirkland Advises Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on Strategic Carbon Capture Joint Venture with BKV
Kirkland & Ellis advised Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) in connection with a strategic joint venture between the CI Energy Transition Fund managed by CIP and BKV dCarbon Ventures, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV), to expand BKV’s portfolio of carbon capture, utilization and sequestration projects. The JV brings together two industry leaders dedicated to pioneering new technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
