Kirkland Represents Warburg Pincus-backed ModMed in Majority Growth Investment by Clearlake

Kirkland & Ellis advised Warburg Pincus-backed ModMed®, a pioneer in specialty-specific healthcare SaaS technology, which today announced that Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., together with its affiliates, has made a significant majority growth investment in ModMed. The company develops AI-powered medical practice technology including electronic health records, practice management, revenue cycle management, patient engagement, payment processing and native AI integrations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
