Overview

Kristin Rose is a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. Kristin has represented clients in a variety of substantive areas, including securities and shareholder litigation, restructuring litigation, employment litigation, commercial contracts, and unfair or deceptive trade practices litigation. Kristin was recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. in 2020 for General Commercial Disputes, and as a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers in 2020 and 2021. She is a member of the group recognized by The Recorder as the Securities Litigation Department of the Year in 2015.
