Sports & Entertainment Trailblazers 2020

The National Law Journal named Kirkland & Ellis partners Dale Cendali, Josh Simmons, Shanti Sadtler Conway and Daniel Siegfried to its 2020 edition of “Sports & Entertainment Trailblazers.” Dale, Josh and Shanti were honored for their successful efforts on behalf of video game developer Epic Games, the maker of Fortnite, in multiple cases involving the use of dance steps in video games. Daniel, meanwhile, was recognized for his work representing the Chicago Cubs in a case for sports teams wishing to remove brokers as season ticket holders.
