Kirkland Counsels Clearlake on its Agreement with PrimeSource
Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Clearlake Capital Group in its execution of definitive agreements to acquire PriSo Holding Corporation (PrimeSource), a provider of construction fastening solutions and other complementary special building products, from Platinum Equity Capital Partners.
