Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on $10.2 Billion Acquisition of RealPage
Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity investment firm focused on the software and technology-enabled services sector, on its definitive agreement to acquire RealPage Inc. (NASDAQ: RP), a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry. The all-cash transaction values RealPage at approximately $10.2 billion, including net debt. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021. Upon completion of the transaction, RealPage will become a privately held company, and its common stock will no longer be listed on the NASDAQ stock market.
