Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, in its definitive agreement to purchase VitalSource Technologies LLC from Ingram Content Group. VitalSource is an education technology solution provider used by 16 million learners in more than 240 countries.
