Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners on Combination of TradingScreen and Imagine Software

Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, on the dual acquisitions of TradingScreen, a provider of trading execution and order management software, and Imagine Software, a real-time risk and compliance software platform. The combined company, TS Imagine, will be a dynamic end-to-end trading and portfolio management software platform for connecting the investment management industry with a network of brokers, banks and exchanges.
