Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners and BeyondTrust on Strategic Investment from Clearlake Capital
Kirkland & Ellis advised BeyondTrust, a leader in Privileged Access Management, on a strategic investment from Clearlake Capital Group. Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, will continue as a majority investor in BeyondTrust following its investment in 2018. Financial terms of the transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, were not disclosed.
