Kirkland Advises H.I.G. Capital on Strategic Investment in 3Pillar Global

Kirkland & Ellis counseled H.I.G. Capital on its significant strategic investment in 3Pillar Global, Inc., an international developer of cutting-edge digital products with more 2,000 team members working out of 13 delivery centers across four continents. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
