Kirkland Advises Wind Point Partners on Strategic Minority Investment by Goldman Sachs’ Petershill Partners
Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Wind Point Partners in a strategic minority investment in its business by funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Petershill platform. The transaction will provide capital and facilitate growth through the value-added services provided by Petershill. Wind Point will remain focused on opportunities to partner with family and entrepreneur owned businesses where it can leverage its multi-decade network and domain expertise within consumer products, industrial products and business services.
