Kirkland Advises Platinum Equity on Acquisition of High Temperature Solutions Business
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Platinum Equity, a global mergers, acquisitions, and operations specialist, on entering into exclusive negotiations to acquire Imerys SA's High Temperature Solutions business (HTS) for €930 million. The proposed transaction, which is subject to the fulfilment of customary closing conditions, including the information and consultation of works councils and other regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
