Kirkland Advises Parts Europe on its EUR180 Million Super Senior Credit Facility
Kirkland & Ellis advised Parts Europe on its new €180 million super senior revolving credit facility entered into in connection with the acquisition of Parts Holding Europe by D’Ieteren Group S.A. The D’Ieteren Group is a family-controlled investment firm, listed on Euronext Brussels, with deep expertise in the business services, distribution and automotive sectors.
