Kirkland Represents Ping Identity on $2.8 Billion Sale to Thoma Bravo

Kirkland & Ellis advised Ping Identity (NYSE: PING), provider of the Intelligent Identity solution for the enterprise, on its sale to Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, for an enterprise value of approximately $2.8 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
