Kirkland Represents Vista Equity Partners on Acquisition of KnowBe4 for $4.6 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm, on its acquisition of KnowBe4, Inc. (Nasdaq: KNBE), the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, for approximately $4.6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
