Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners on Debt Financing Aspects of Recommended Cash Offer for Blancco Technology Group PLC

Kirkland & Ellis is advising White Bidco Limited, an entity indirectly owned by the Francisco Partners Funds, on the debt financing aspects of its recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Blancco Technology Group PLC (“Blancco”). The offer values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Blancco at approximately £175 million.
