Kirkland Advises Sandbrook Capital on an up to $460 Million Commitment to rPlus Energies
Kirkland & Ellis represented Sandbrook Capital, a private investment firm, on a platform-level partnership with rPlus Energies, a leading private renewable energy developer. Sandbrook will invest up to $460 million in the platform alongside continued support from Gardner Group, the founding investor in rPlus and a leading commercial real estate company in the Mountain West.
