Kirkland Represents Blue Wolf on Acquisition of OSD CDMO Sites from Recipharm

Kirkland & Ellis advised middle market private equity firm, Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC in the acquisition of seven manufacturing and development facilities: Solna, Stängnäs, Höganäs, Karlskoga and Uppsala OTC Development in Sweden, Pessac in France, and Parets in Spain, from Recipharm, a contract development and manufacturing organization (“CDMO”) headquartered in Stockholm. The transaction was announced April 2, 2024.
