Kirkland Advises Truelink Capital on Acquisition of GES from Viad Corp

Kirkland & Ellis advised Truelink Capital on its definitive agreement to acquire GES, a leading provider in the global exhibition and event industry, from Viad Corp. This acquisition marks another significant investment for Truelink Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on creating long-term value by partnering with industry-leading companies. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the calendar year 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
