Kirkland Advises Sandbrook Capital on Acquisition of Intellirent

Kirkland & Ellis advised Sandbrook Capital, a private investment firm dedicated to building businesses that help transform the world’s energy infrastructure, on an agreement to acquire Intellirent, a leading North American provider of power and electrical testing equipment rentals, from Electro Rent Corporation.
