Kirkland Advises Bildmore Clean Energy on $53 Million Preferred Equity Commitment with Peregrine Energy Solutions

Kirkland & Ellis advised Bildmore Clean Energy in connection with a $53 million preferred equity commitment with Peregrine Energy Solutions LLC, an integrated multi-technology clean energy platform with a focus on utility-scale storage, for a 150MW battery energy storage project that's currently under construction. The project is targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Bildmore offers minority equity investments to U.S. solar and storage projects that help them optimize the transferable tax credits available under the Inflation Reduction Act, as an alternative to traditional tax equity.
