Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners on its Recapitalization of Office Ally

Kirkland & Ellis advised global investment firm Francisco Partners and its portfolio company Office Ally on an investment by New Mountain Capital. As part of the transaction, Francisco Partners, which originally invested in Office Ally in 2021, will also reinvest alongside management. Office Ally is a healthcare technology company providing a comprehensive suite of cloud-based clearinghouse and software solutions to a national network of healthcare providers, partners, and health plans. The transaction was announced April 7, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
