Kirkland Counsels Industrial Growth Partners on Acquisition of APCT
Kirkland & Ellis represented Industrial Growth Partners (IGP) on its acquisition of APCT, a designer and manufacturer of low volume, high mix advanced technology printed circuit boards, from Angeles Equity Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
